Cancellation Instructions

(in accordance with the model provided by the Finnish Ministry of Justice, effective from 19 June 2026)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the limitations on the right of cancellation. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the goods are received or, in the case of a contract concerning digital content or services, 14 days after the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us at Kaamos Company Oy, Helsingintie 11 LH B3, 24100 Salo / support@kaamos.co of your decision to cancel the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by letter or email). You may use the cancellation form below, but its use is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of cancellation online at https://kaamos.co/pages/cancel-order. If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the cancellation without undue delay on a durable medium (for example, by email), stating the content of the cancellation and the date and time it was submitted.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless you use one of the free return options offered by us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
