Handling and packing times:

Economy shipments: 2-5 work days. Economy shipments are normally packed and shipped every Thursday morning (Finnish time). Public holidays, staff holidays and festival pop-up trips may affect the shipment day.

Express shipment handling and packing time: 1-3 work days.

Delivery costs include mailing and packing costs. Detailed shipping costs are available after payment, and the shipping method has been selected.

All orders will be shipped from our own warehouse. When shipping to countries outside of the European Union, additional import duties may apply, depending on your country.

We want you to get your Kaamos products as soon as possible, which is why we make every effort to process your order quickly. We will start working on your order once the purchase has been completed. Please note that international orders are shipped every Thursday. Please understand that weekends and holidays might affect dispatch and shipping times. You will receive an email from us once the order has been dispatched (please check your junk mail for our email).

Delivery Information

Our delivery network provides a trackable service, which usually takes around 3 working days in Finland and 1-5 weeks internatioally (please read more info about the international shipping times above), depending on the service you choose.

If you have not received it within the estimated delivery times, then please contact us via email at info@kaamos.co.

Please check your junk mail for dispatch and shipment messages, as they often end up there.

In no event shall Kaamos Co. be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, limitations or restrictions due pandemics, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God (or Satan), and interruptions, losses, or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or computer (software and hardware) services; it is understood that Kaamos Co. shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
