JP Ahonen is a Finnish comic artist and illustrator best known for Belzebubs, the internationally loved black-metal family comic where blast-beats meet deadpan domestic chaos. With razor-sharp linework and a uniquely Nordic sense of humor, JP has also created classics like Villimpi Pohjola and the music-driven graphic novel Perkeros (Sing No Evil).

Kaamos Co. and JP have joined forces on multiple product design projects, combining his infernally detailed artwork with Kaamos’ Spatanic lifestyle aesthetic. Together, they’ve brought beautifully cursed visuals into the everyday lives of metal fans worldwide.

JP remains one of Finland’s most distinctive visual storytellers — a master of turning ordinary moments into gloriously unholy scenes with just a few strokes of ink.
